We use various couriers for our orders to ensure the fastest and safest transport, we include standard UK Mainland Delivery in the prices on most items unless stated otherwise.

Excluded and restricted postcodes will include a surcharge.

Next day delivery is also available at an extra cost.

Please note our next day delivery service is not guaranteed. Unless we contact you (the customer) to advise of a problem with your order it will leave us in time to be delivered the next working day. However, we have no control over the courier service and for this reason we cannot offer a guarantee.

When we are asked to leave a parcel in a specific place where a signature will not be obtained. We will not be liable for any loss or missing items. We are happy to accommodate customers’ requests but at the customer’s own risk. Proof of delivery provided by our courier will be our conformation that the order has been delivered and we have fulfilled our obligation to provide the order in full.

If your item is not in stock for any reason, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

PALLET DELIVERYS

If your order requires a pallet delivery a member of our team will be in touch to organise the delivery with you.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Tax Charges VAT is added to the prices shown, there are no hidden charges. Not all items include VAT or some have a reduced VAT rate, if you have any issues or questions please get in touch.

VAT invoices can be sent upon request.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
